Minneapolis, MN
Late last month, the College of Design's zero energy home (ZEH) with Habitat for Humanity was dedicated in Princeton, Minnesota. Over the last year, two School of Architecture classes - a semester-long architecture seminar and a six-week M Arch studio module - researched, designed, refined and developed two complete sets of ZEH construction documents that fit the HfH model of decent, safe, and affordable housing. The newly dedicated Princeton home began construction in June.
