The building is located in a 28,470sqm plot with 170 meters-long sea-facing south border, less than 25m away from the beach, allowing for a commercial piazza of branded shopping & dining, as well as uninterrupted views to the Mediterranean Sea.
It was designed in cooperation with Benoy Architects of London. Its from is inspired by the Mediterranean smooth and curved sea waves in the south, as well as the shape of low hills in the north, the project’s unique sinusoidal curves are manifested in both the main elevation and the floor plans with the curved walls and balconies creating a unique sculptural shape of 14,500 sqm. Influenced by naval architecture, the building looks like a large cruise ship, with the roof gardens of the top penthouse as the Ships Bridge and command post.
The building consists of 15 levels (basement, ground floor, mezzanine, 11 residential floors and a roof garden. In addition to the location and design, the project features top-of-the-range luxurious finishes, unparalleled spacious living areas, and broad unobstructed views of the sea from every single apartment and five-star concierge services and facilities round-the-clock.
