assessing the relationship between program, sight lines, and articulation of
ground-up VS adaptively reused buildings.

Developed project narratives, rendering packages, massing and zoning analyses, and mood boards to communicate design intent / materiality to client.

Developed unique formulas & spreadsheets to address multiple client concerns at once: optimum ratio of retail VS commercial use + parking capacity + FAR.

Reorganized + reformatted the RAC Library using the AVAIL Desktop Browser:
unification of all standards & development of maintenance plan.

Connect Homes provides a modular, pre-fab, heavy steel construction solution - delivering homes to the site 90% complete from their factory in San Bernadino, CA.

- Managed the design, shop drawings and delivery of the first Connect 1 -
single-module prefab home - to a temporary fire relief village in Santa Rosa.

- Worked with civil engineers and Habitat For Humanity to modify the
proprietary Connect Homes system for non-permanent installation.

- Developed site-design strategies & landscaping plans to help locate dozens of
modular homes across California.

- Execution of 30+ State & Local Permit sets, Bid Sets, Construction Documents, Shop Drawings & photorealistic renderings in Autodesk Revit.

- Development of Revit Standards, libraries and guidebooks to facilitate rapid
system updates across the entire Connect Homes product line.

Concept, SD and DD-Level development of a high-rise Luxury Condo project on
NYC's Upper East Side. Zoning+massing studies, facade concepts, floor planning,
programming, client coordination and Interiors (Revit).

Development of SHoP Arc Residential Design Guidebook: internal documentation
included Revit models with pre-loaded ADA clearances.

Fabrication Lab Design - Development of large, complex, mixed media
architectural models and shipping crates for international delivery and display.

Full-time 6-month internship facilitated through The University of Texas at Austin’s Professional Residency Program. I primarily helped develop a medical and academic high-rise on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, from concept to 50% SD. Team led by Todd Schliemann, lead designer on the Standard High Line Hotel.
