This 17-story, 85 room boutique hotel is designed as a carbon-neutral building with an energy-saving and -producing envelope. Live plants on all facades and in public areas such as the entrance lobby and the roof-top belvedere serve as a carbon sink and improve the air quality in the hotel naturally. Translucent photovoltaic glazing and wind turbines provide renewable energy for this 225' tall sustainable tower. A public infnity pool with bar and performance space on the roof top provide spectacular views of the close by Manhattan Skyline.
