* Crypto bank as a node for the neighborhood that validates transactions of value between individuals from all over the world strengthening the decentralized network.

* Fully developed gym with all kind of gadgets to monitor health.

* Swimming pool with thermo-regulated system.

* Main control room connected to quantum unit for processing tasks. Walls can be turned into touchpads to facilitate interaction with the systems. The room controls all electonic hardware intalled in the facility.
