Trillium Architects is a boutique firm of a dozen motivated and talented architects and designers located in Fairfield County, CT.  We serve primarily Fairfield and Litchfield Counties in CT, and Westchester County in NY, however our work often reaches beyond.

Designing in the realm of 'mid to extremely high-end' residential, and from modern to traditional, the firm is strongly established in the world of sustainable design.  Passive House, Net Zero and LEED Homes are our norm. Passive solar, alternative fuel sources, alternative building methods and materials are all daily explorations. 

Having had this one focus since 2004, all of our clients come to us for this specific service and empower us to 'bring it to the next level'. Marrying these tools with excellent design is our number one goal.

Recently we have added a sister company to our studio: SEED Homes. Created as a modular solution to bringing sustainable homes to a broader economic clientele, SEED Homes is a design build firm operating within Trillium Architects.

People, planet and profit are our primary directives. A mission based, family style studio of collaboration is our construct.
