About 

Mission Statement: To utilize the skills and techniques learned to provide professional and exquisite design services to the client, while gaining experience as a leader and mentor.

Victoria has recently graduated from San Francisco State University with her Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design. Upon graduating, she decided to do a career change and is currently working her way of becoming a licensed Architect. Growing up, she was always creative and motivated herself to move above and beyond to reach her goals. She is best known for her enthusiasm, passion, and dedication when it comes to working with a team. Putting her best foot forward, Victoria hopes to gain experience in the design industry and build herself up as a leader.

- Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical consultants to correspond to RFI and Submittals on building conditions as provided by the contractors.
- Drafting necessary details per OSHPD standards and CBC.
- Drafting existing and new building conditions, calculating occupancy load zones, smoke barriers, and vendor’s site-specific drawings.
- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements, existing conditions, and medical equipment, as necessary.
- Prepare contract, bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects under an architect's supervision.
- Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, and medical equipment.
- Prepare the necessary construction documentation for approval to OSHPD or city’s building department.

- Drafting and developing elevations of existing space, ADA compliant layout per CBC, and construction documentations.
