A Bradenton couple wanted to create a separate recreational area in their residence for their two teenage sons. The project is a 600-square-foot media room constructed directly over the first floor of the house. The design for the addition ties in with the existing interior floor plan and incorporates a balcony under the austere rooflines of house.
