About 

I have professional experience in commercial + residential architecture, extensive material research experience, and a background in civil / structural engineering. I think best with my hands and love plein air sketching of buildings and landscapes. My interests include mass timber and material ecology along with sustainable innovation.

Rehkamp Larson Architects, Minneapolis, MN, US, Architectural Designer

Extensive experience in 3D modeling of residential projects (up to 20,000 sf) for internal design use and client-facing meetings. Took on role as sole 3D modeler for multiple projects through different project phases. Experience at every project phase, from concept to construction administration. Created construction documents for a variety of projects using AutoCAD.

Created 3D models of design options and existing conditions in Revit for mutliple commercial and municipal projects. Passed a Revit certification course during my time there. Reviewed shop drawings for medium-sized projects. Used Revit, Enscape, and Photoshop to create renderings of design proposals for clients and internal review.

Walter H. Judd International Travel Fellowship, 1st Place

The Walter H. Judd International Graduate and Professional Fellowships are designed to support the continued internationalization of the University of Minnesota by providing critical assistance to students enrolled in master’s and professional degree programs, and to increase opportunities for students to study, undertake internships, and conduct research projects abroad. A primary goal of the fellowships is to increase exposure to other cultures. The program especially encourages applications from students who have never traveled abroad.

I was awarded the fellowship for my masters final project, "The Aspen Bothy" - funding a trip to Austria to visit the Thoma Holz Research Center in Goldegg, Austria and Aspern Seestadt.
