About 

I am a Professional Architect with a team-centered philosophy in Planning, Design and Construction. Experienced in all Phases of the production and construction of a project, from the Design Development through the delivery of the final product to the client. I participated in the production of the Prototype Design and Implementation of Multi-Site locations throughout the U.S., Mexico and Latin America.  I am a Multidisciplinary Team Leader on the Production of Construction Documents for all ranges of projects; Size and Cost. From a simple kiosk to multimillion-dollar projects; including Financial, Commercial, Residential, Multifamily, Mixed-Used and Special Projects like Theaters, Museums, Galleries, Art Schools and Libraries. I have excellent personal skills to present negotiate and mediate with and between Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

I Provided consulting services to support small business for the Hispanic Community in the Dallas Forth Worth area. Consulting services included Architectural, Engineering, Business Development, Administration, Tax advice, Legal & Insurance. Services were provided in coordination with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in the DFW area and the South East Dallas Community College. Services were also given once a week through one of the Hispanic Radio Stations in the Metroplex.

Managed the construction of the entire project including site utilities, paving, flatwork, foundations, tilt walls, structural steel, roofing, installations, finishes, furnishings, partial and final inspections and delivery to client. Managed In-house and subcontractor’s personnel throughout the duration of construction. Managed “time sensitive activities” such as city inspections, approvals, pre-mixed concrete deliveries, concrete lab tests and results, keeping all the control forms and logs. Coordinated the fabrication of structural steel and necessary reviews and approvals with Architects, Engineers and City Officials. Reviewed and approved subcontractors and vendors progress reports to process payments. The Culture Institute of Tabasco is located in Villahermosa, Tabasco and while I was working there, I entered the State Competition for the logo the Cultural Institute of Tabasco. I was awarded Second Place in that Competition.
