This project is a Residential Building located on Normandy Isle in Miami. The project is designed to accommodate elderly residents, so accessibility throughout the site was critical. We incorporated a system of prefabricated shipping containers combined into both residential units and indoor/outdoor shared spaces. Overall, the building embodies a modern sense of the classic art deco and local architectural languages with a focus on sustainability and biophilic design principles.

My Role: Conduct research on case studies of senior living communities and integrate it into our proposal. Worked on analyzing the site, designing the interior of each studio apartment, drawing sections, editing the floor plans, and building the physical model.
