The Thesis includes 2 part:

• Urban Design, Planning the 370,000 sq.m site into a commercial zone. Closely corresponding to the retired economic business model, I design the site into a tourist resort for the elderly and their families.
• Architecture Design, Building an art studio incubator for visiting families. To achieve a better merge of the tourist and local artists, I designed a landscape building with an identical sea-view platform.
