In more and more cities, big
companies such as Mercedes
Benz settle out their production.
The consequences are huge
industrial wastelands, which are
looking for reuse. In this case the
old daimler area along the neckar
river should be transformed in an
innovation campus, including
space for living, working, culture
and shopping. The area is located
between a train lane and river.
There is also a busy high road
crossing. The stadium and the
Daimler-Museum need to be
intergrated into the campusconception.
