This ~30,000 sf project is a regenerative building for Pangea World Theater whose mission strives to build a just world by creating multi-disciplinary theater that embodies decolonizing practices of solidarity, sustainability and equity.

This 200 seat black box theater, communal and supportive spaces will be rooted in Minneapolis's Longfellow neighborhood.
