Project aimed at upgrading the Tuscan coast area of Pisa and Livorno, with the creation of a new port system that can operate in complete energy independence through the use of renewable resources such as air, sun and water that are forfeited by the port system same and all the parts that make up the entire project, such as the connecting bridge between land and sea.
