In addition to remodeling the executive floors for EMI London and Capitol, Tichenor & Thorp Architects oversaw the interior architecture and renovations throughout the historic landmark tower building originally designed by Welton Becket & Associates, the design for a new two-story lobby addition as well as landscaping and a new entrance off Vine Street.  Included in the scope of work was the establishment of interiors and furnishing standards for all staff office floors.
