• Program and design management for school design and site development for the Los Angeles Unified School District’s (LAUSD) $20B capital investment including new construction, expansion and renovation building program.
• Reviewed and recommendations for school design focused on quality, durability, sustainability, cost-effective investments and compliance with the District’s design criteria, building code and educational regulatory requirements.
• Developed an Excel program for QAQC which expedited the review process allowing for more subjective design review and recommendations input for internal project mangers and their architects and engineers.
• Liaised with District Client Groups to present and review plans for their buy-in and approval.
