Shared responsibility for client contact, presentations to various groups on the client side (donor, deans of the business and music school, faculty, staff, library staff, catering service of cafeteria, university facility management and university board), Building and Fire Department, DOT, City Planning Commission and contractor. Consultant coordination (structural, MEP, acoustical, lighting, landscaping, code, green roof, theatrical lighting, concert hall, elevator), lead a team of three to twelve architects (in the last phase of CD) from Programming through the end of CD.
