This project was the renovation of a masionette at 907 5th Avenue.  It was one of the highest cost per squarefoot projects that Kinlin Rutherfurd Architects had done at the time.  We worked hand and hand with the interior designer, Jean Louis Denoit out of Paris.  Each room provided its own style and character, all portraying a eclectically modern ambiance. 

I  took the project architecture position for this renovation in the early stages of the construction process.  I worked on all construction administration and design development during the construction phase, which extended over a year period.
