I am a Solutions Architect with 15 years of experience in designing and implementing systems in the healthcare industry. During my tenure at Philips Healthcare, I was exposed to many IT disciplines, such as Software as a Service, virtualization, server management, database support, network design and troubleshooting, and remote desktop support
By understanding the way each of these disciplines interact, I was able to develop processes to improve efficiency and adherence to company standards. I have a unique approach to problems that enables me to envision the process and adjust it to benefit the stakeholders and end users.

Implemented an electronic alerting & charting system for Labor & Delivery units in a wide range of hospital IT environments across the US and Canada, with focus on end user satisfaction and repeatable success through quality procedures.
§ Assisted in the development of a quality documentation repository for quality control and support of installed systems, improving the consistency of the technical deliverables for the project.
§ Created technical documentation with focus on end-user readability to bridge the gap between the official manuals and the end user requirements, which improved the preparedness of the customer IT project team.
§ Developed a program to consolidate the rules of good system design and present them as a series of questions for use by the Sales Team, with the goal of decreasing project cycle time for the system installation by removing quote & PO revisions, which adds approximately 20% to the cycle time of the project.
§ Created innovative new upgrade process that decreased project effort and improved customer satisfaction by merging multiple patient databases into a single system. This is something that had never been delivered as effectively as my pioneering project, which was completed in 2 weeks, rather than the expected 3 weeks.
