THE BROWN STUDIO, INC. is a Design + Build firm based in Encinitas California. Our hand crafted approach to design and construction is focused by the exploration of building and material technology throughout the entire process, from concept to completion. 

Our past work has focused on custom residential projects in the coastal region of Southern California. Recent work in high-end multi- family and hospitality projects have expanded our project types and grown our project base internationally. Modern and organic architectural design principles drive the conceptual direction of full scale projects, while our interior design takes on the character of material, expression of function and the essence of style.

The studio was established by husband and wife team, Lindsay and Rory Brown in 2006.
