The Bourne Group is an intentional small firm, founded in 1994, specializing in Urban Design, Architecture and Project Management, in the US Virgin Islands and Missouri.  The principal, Stacy A. Bourne, FAIA, is involved in every project and you will never be handed off to a project manager at any stage of your project.
 
Working together as a team and separately, The Bourne Group has developed a high degree of knowledge, likeability and trust, from our clients, demonstrated with a high rate of repeat business.  Our goal is to provide each client, regardless of project type and size, the greatest investment value.  Our professional relationships have also developed key collaborations over time, with colleagues that share our core values of achieving consistent client goals through diverse strategies, enthusiasm and incorporating sustainable approaches.

The Bourne Group also has deeply rooted community relationships, the foundation for our successes, in both the Virgin Islands and Missouri.  Our community enrichment for social change focuses on diversity and inclusion.  Stacy Bourne has championed many efforts for Universal Design in meeting ADA compliance, and currently serves as the Board President for the Virgin Islands Coalition of Citizens with disabilities.  Ms. Bourne has crafting mentorship programs for women and students both locally and nationally, through keynote speeches, volunteer teaching to students, advancing local and national scholarship programs.  Through the American Institute of Architects national board position, Ms. Bourne has furthured architectural leadership of the Institute and Virgin Islands Board of Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors.
