This project promotes interactive relations and encourage encounter in the shared public space that varies throughout the section.  It is designed to create public exterior spaces that will constantly generate relationships; functioning as social condensers in a spatial experience of city life to both residents and visitors. Incorporate the entire complex site into theprecinct of the resident and visitor’s experience. Residential inhabitation is projected on theexterior layer of the building where an experiential architecture unfolds for visitors as it is perceived through the individual’s movement in space and time.Focused on the experience of the passage of the body through space, the u shaped architecture is organized to take movement, timing and sequence into consideration.  The point of view changes with circulation as one progresses through each floor.  The u shape expresses a collective aspiration where its direction varies throughout every level. All floors are isolated objects or private islands in an increasingly privatized city where the new vertically organized urban spaces aspire to individuation in urban living while shaping public space.
