Stacy D. Williams, AIA, ACHE, LEED AP | Professional Associate - Architecture
Stacy Williams comes with a vast understanding of hospital operations, policies, processes and how these factors impact – or are impacted by – architecture. Ms. Williams received a Master of Science, Architecture and Master of Health Administration from the University of Michigan. She also holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts, History of Art and Architecture from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Williams began her career in architecture focusing on health care design. She has since provided functional programming, site and facility planning, design development, documentation, medical planning and analysis for numerous health care and higher education facilities across the U.S. and Canada. With this experience, Williams cultured the importance of understanding hospital operations and the complexities of health care in general.

Ms. Williams is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives as well as a volunteer for the Red Cross and the National MS Society. Prior to moving to the area, she volunteered at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
Matt D. Miller, AIA, ACHA | Professional Associate - Architecture
As a medical planner and healthcare project architect, Matt has held senior-level roles at several world-class firms and has lead teams from initial planning through contract documents and into construction administration. His passion for medical planning was formed through collaboration with clients to provide solutions that maximize staff and patient experience. Past projects have ranged from $1 million facilities to a $1 billion, 1.1 Million SF facility that included an ICU, med/surgery bed, mental health unit and a spinal injury unit.
“Matt joins TEG with 20 years experience focused on health care planning and design in Chicago. His expertise in varied health care project scopes will be a wonderful addition to TEG’s project teams,” said Estopinal.
David L. Bratcher | Associate - Architecture
David brings 20 years of CADD/Revit Production experience. His background includes various projects including the Churchill Downs Clubhouse Replacement and Twin Spires Restoration as well as the University of Louisville Cardinal Stadium and Expansion.
“As TEG further develops Revit/BIM capacities, David’s extensive Autodesk Certifications and experience will help take TEG into a fully integrated Revit model firm,” Estopinal stated.
Louis S. Seidel | Associate – Architecture
Louis, a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design with a Master’s in Architecture, joins TEG with several years working in Baltimore and Louisville on a variety of educational, commercial, religious and medical projects. His project expertise offers TEG’s clients a valuable resource as he provides architectural and project support.
Keri R. VanAntwerp | Associate - Architecture
Keri, a graduate of Vincennes University, joins the firm as a CADD technician to provide assistance in the design development process. She will work closely with the project designers to develop and revise various plan details. Her previous experience involves the preparation and revisions of numerous educational and long-term care facilities. Her passion to develop buildings with patient and visitor safety will greatly benefit TEG’s clients.
