Tannaz Fotowatjah, LEED Green Associate

Los Angeles, CA, US

I describe myself a self-starter who takes the initiative and welcomes the hard work and responsibility that follows. I completed my education 2 years ago, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and have been steadily active since, including additional training.

I am currently employed at Arka Construction Inc., a truly challenging experience in which I have grown tremendously. Working long and unexpected hours, I have learned to exercise flexibility and perseverance, especially when working on multiple projects at the same time. Emphasis on teamwork has helped me develop and maintain superb professional relationships with colleagues, mentors and clients, while maintaining my ability to perform independently.

At this point of my career, I have been involved in many completed projects. My experiences range from preparing as-built drawings, to design and creating AutoCAD/Revit permit sets, as well as construction documents, all under guidance of the Architect. I’m also proficient in 3D modeling and rendering.
