Having profound proclivity towards the art of building something, I always saw myself as one who is inquisitive to expand his horizons in the realm of architecture. Under the guidance of some esteemed Alumni, path breaking curriculum and a valuable service as an Architectural Intern under one of Mumbai's Leading Architects; Ar. Sameer Kadam, I honed the art of translating concepts to workable unprecedented designs keeping in mind the pragmatic constraints that come along with it. Working as a team, It strengthened my notion of collaboration and the extents one could reach with it. Moreover, it made me more prudent with time that enabled me to have an edge in dissertations, which I think should surely benefit any entity I work for.

My experience at Architect Sameer kadam was exemplary. Being a small firm of 8 employees, I was part of many projects our firm dealt in. Having assisted Principal Architects in Residential, Commercial and Interior projects spread all across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, I learnt the implications of BIM, Project delivery methods & principles of Risk Management. Moreover, regular site visits also helped me garner valuable information on Construction techniques & Project Management. The usual work culture involved developing Schematic Designs, meeting the required FSI restrictions( similar to FAR ), creating initial Renders and formulating Working Drawings for site.

'Best Analysis' - Mapping Navi Mumbai Workshop, 1st Place
Won the honor of 'Best Analysis' in a German Based Collaborative Urban Planning workshop that was aimed at Mapping Navi Mumbai through Figure-Ground mapping and Rossi plans etc.
2013 Zonals- Reubens, NASA(Best Citation), 1st Place
Won an award for Best Citation in the Reubens Trophy at the annual NASA Zonals meet in Ozar. Display of the entire college's Academic work won us the great honor.
