Sharpstown Prize for Architecture, 1st Place
It was an affordable single-family housing competition project, sponsored by Seeds of Sharpstown in agreement with Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture at the University of Houston. I was awarded as the 1st prize winner of the competition and the prize of the competition will be constructing the house designed by me in the Sharpstown area of Houston starting Spring 2018.
The result was announced by the Jury panel which included, David Bucek (Stern & Bucek Architects), Scott Ziegler (Ziegler Cooper Architects), Sheila Condon (Clark Condon Associates), Nonya Grenader (Rice University), and Ane Gonzalez-Lara (University of New Mexico).
