the final and graduation project was very unique in terms of function, location and concept ;

its about to revive an industrial vacant zone in greater Beirut city through a unique and special function which can link and attract people towards this area, the site was so challenging in terms of its shape whereby it was around 40 meters as max width till it reaches 3 m width contained between 2 major highways with a length of 350 meters, so it was a unique point as perspective, the function of the Fashion Atelier included the A to Z of fashion Industry from Design studios passing by Workshops and warehouse of raw materials till it reach 3 types of exposing the product through ads on the building, retail shops and a cat walk for models, so this project acts as Industrial, Educational, Public; attracting different kind of society to different times of the day to a vacant area
