The house has been designed for a client who has a small family of five, living abroad. The requirements of the client were as such that he wanted to have it designed as a two-unit house. So that he could rent it out to two separate families and profit from it. And also in case if he wants to occupy one portion of it in the future, he could still lease the other portion and generate his monthly income from it.
We, while respecting our client’s requirements have designed it in a way that the house can be used as a two-unit as well as can be used as one-unit house.
