I have been very fortunate to act as both the project and office manager for this small design/build company. This position not only allows me to interact with clients, but with vendors, subcontractors, and other designers in the field. My responsibilities and duties change on a daily basis and it is a position that constantly challenges me with new experiences. Through my position as office manager I have learned about how to best streamline, organize and maintain a schedule for a group of diverse individuals. My position with this design/build company exposes me to all phases of design, including fabrication and on-site installation.
