I graduated this June with a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the University of California, Davis. My Interior Design major gave me the technical and field specific skills, as well as other skills, crucial for a successful interior architect: strong work ethic, motivation, ability to work high energy level, willingness to assume responsibility, conflict mediation ability, dedication, training and super- vision of others, easily adaptable to new cultures/places/situations, good leadership and communication skills.
