Studio Z has been selected as the prototype architect, and exclusive corporate development architect, for StayAPT Suites, a new extended stay hotel concept.  The company purchased an older hotel brand and we were hired to revamp the floor plan to maximize income efficiency while minimizing the required land purchase.  We simultaneously developed an entire new exterior design concept and worked with their marketing team to develop a new corporate identity for the brand, reflected in their developments. We are in the process of finishing designs of the 2 and 3 story prototypical hotel drawing sets while completing construction documents and construction administration on 10+ new stayAPT locations
