Employment

Metro Arquitetos Associados, Sao Paulo, Architect

As an architect, beyond designing and producing the necessary products until the project completion, I would revise the concept with the Partners, together we defined schedules, team, list of documents and materials to be produced and I was responsible for site visiting and information collection. After approval of Schematic Design, I would manage subcontractor projects, attend follow up meetings with clients, define projects specifications as materials, systems and suppliers and developed cost estimation according to clients requests. When we entered Constructive Drawings phase, according to the size of the project, the team increased and I used to design and also coordinate the team’s production. There were occasions when advanced techniques were embedded in the project, that reacquired usually a senior architect who specifically collaborated with me in such parts of the project. As design got ready, I verified every drawing and prepared final package for the partners’ verification and once done, we sent to clients and contractors. I finally visited the construction to punch list, solve contractor’s questions and define necessary drawings to be developed.
