Masterplan for a new, open energy district in an exceptional site within Beijing’s Olympic Park in the northern part of the city.

Comprised of a series of open buildings arranged along the river, the natural landscape brings much-needed green space into a zone fostering technological development and innovation. With delicately positioned volumes that complement rather than confronting one another, the forest-like urban plan aims to provide an alternative take on traditional office parks.
