Santa Monica, CA
The homeowners of this one-story minimalist home, originally contacted our Principal Designer in regards to solely designing a perimeter privacy fence. Utilizing Mangaris wood, we created a private space, hidden from the busy streets of Santa Monica.
Once the fencing was done, there was no other option but to spruce up the empty gravel yard with an updated Drought Tolerant Landscape Design. With California natives and drought tolerant succulents, we created a low maintenance yard continuing the private perimeter with lush hedges. Continuing with Gold Mangaris wood, the fencing was carried throughout and used to create three light pillars.
Needing an outdoor entertaining area, we utilized a black obsidian fire feature with ebony tiling to contrast with the green and light gray of the landscaping and home exterior.
Last, but not least...we choose from Green Form containers to design over 8 succulent container gardens through the front and backyard.
