The villa is renovated from a project house in a new urban area on the periphery of Hanoi. The villa has inherently had many advantages such as being located in a planned neighborhood with good infrastructure and low construction density (less than 30%). From those advantages plus the requirements of the homeowner to live a simple & green lifestyle, we envision a house with spacious open spaces, timeless materials such as concrete, stone and natural wood ... Auxiliary spaces are planned on the west side, serving as a buffer space for the main functions such as living room, bedroom... Inspired by Vietnamese traditional arch door, we want to design a contemporary building with a little touch of curved lines as we name the project: The curved Villa.
