Nestled in an exclusive neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills is a beautiful contemporary glass, white plaster and marble residence.  The property sits on what once was the place Errol Flynn called home.  The rich history of the property demanded equally rich design solutions for the latest resident.  We were tasked with designing an independent, ground up structure to house his Recording Studio.  The Studio includes a Control Room, Live Room and a subterranean audio editing suite for his team.
