The reconfiguration of an existing early Victorian flat includes the introduction of a full height kitchen island which separates the living space from the kitchen while preserving the open space. New features have been added such as the cast iron radiators, the new window architraves and the timber wall panels to enhance the character of the room. The works include also sanding and staining the existing timber floor as well as refurbishing and painting the fireplace. The monochrome palette of colour in the kitchen is repeated in the bathroom with the introduction of geometric tiles and timber panels.
The dinning table has been specially designed for the space by Studio 304.
