This project for the South Carolina National Guard includes a 13,000 SF field maintenance shop facility, vehicle wash rack, fueling stations, loading ramp, and military parking. The maintenance shop building includes two large service bays with an adjoining tool room, office areas, equipment storage, and bathroom/shower facilities.

This project is designed to meet the requirements for USGBC LEED Silver rating.
