Furà, the suspension lamp, gets its inspiration from nature where light shows itself to be a protagonist in defining forms and ambiences. The cave is a place smoothed by tima and when it is pervaded by a band of light, it displays the sinuosity of its forms and its contrasts of light and shadow. The inside of this lamp has a complex composition of curves which reflec the evocative ambience of a cave. These curves taper towards the light source giving an appearance of depth as if the passage of light had penetrated through the rock, itself.
