Proposals for a private residence within the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Key features include retained historic elements, a natural swimming pool and naturalistic planting to significantly enhance the habitat and wildlife value of the site. 

Modelled in Revit, visuals, walkthroughs and 360˚ panoramas were then rendered in Lumion to communicate the design intent. 3D modelling the scheme in Revit also ensured seamless coordination with the architect and consultant teams and facilitated the viability of the natural pool.
