In St Ann's, Nottingham UK., the Stonebridge Park Regeneration Scheme began in 2006 with the aim of bringing the housing estate into the 21st century. Old blocks of flats were demolished and 95 new houses, flats & apartments have now been built as phase 1 of the scheme. The developer is Leicester Housing Association, now part of the ASRA group. The construction company is Lovell Partnerships (East), and kick start funding was provided by the UK government Homes & Communities Agency.

My roll has been to photograph & video the construction progress every two weeks to allow Managers & ministers to view progress over time, as they are so busy and unable to leave their officers to visit the Stonebridge Park Estate as often as they would like to. My website includes News of local events of interest to residents, and keeping them informed of new planning applications etc.
