Participated on pesticide and roadside management committees including weed abatement, pesticide reduction and erosion control technologies.

Environmental Planning: Coordinated with internal stakeholders and public agencies to plan and implement environmental mitigations. Revised visual standards and native species introduction with the Tahoe Regional Planning agency on the Emerald Bay National Natural Landmark site, studied sand dune restoration and preservation in the City of Monterey, implemented National Environmental Policy Act guidelines and created wetland in Placerville, conducting research on reforestation with the US National Forest in Southern California, organized reforestation in the Negev desert with the Israel Jerusalem National Fund, reintroduced rare native grass species on highways in Northern California and visual analysis expert for the Environmental Impact Statement for the Lincoln Bypass in Placerville.

Technology Integration: Experienced with AutoCAD, Microsoft and Google office suites, project management software, database development, GIS, website design and Photoshop for photo simulations. Planned and directed development of a project tracking and resourcing system which assisted in the management of several government transportation programs involving hundreds of engineers and support staff. Project was awarded by Apple the "Best Enterprise Solution of the Year" and by the Director of Caltrans and District Director for exceptional achievement.
Budget and Administration: Managed a yearly office budget of $3.5 million for international television station including, monthly accounting, management reports and audits. In coordination with executive management, labor attorneys, accountants and security consultants developed financial, human resource and security policies.

Staff Development: Managed recruitment, interviews, equal opportunity hiring, benefits and attendance tracking for a professional and support staff of 36. Planned, directed, and evaluated the activities and performance of professional, analytic and support staff engaged in planning and administrative services in private and government organizations including planning teams in the California Department of Transportation, an administrative team at a major television station and volunteer staff at a large non-profit organization.
