Net-Zero design-build competition hosted by DOE on national mall.
The Parsons-Stevens proposal uses passivhaus principles, in-depth solar analysis, energy modeling, and community feedback to generate form and organize program.  The competition module is now part of a duplex in a nearby underserved neighborhood of Washington DC.
