I am a planning and site design professional experienced in environmental analysis, design and approvals management of projects often involving multiple disciplines. My work addresses both the aesthetic and technical aspects of developments to insure that projects not only look nice but are realistic. My role is often as the lead professional with primary contact with clients and with municipalities in making presentations and managing the approvals process. I believe strongly that excellence in design is the core of every successful project, and a strong manager is necessary to achieve approvals.
