I am a graduate of Northeastern University School of Architecture in Boston, Massachusetts. I'm very interested in modern design, interior architecture, and sustainability.  I own a small interior architecture and design business, EMERSON \ WHITE design (, which I opened in October 2011 with two partners.

Leading design and operations for projects including architecture, interior
architecture and interior design. Leading design for projects of various intent
including graphics, branding, print work, marketing, and product design.

Major Work: Commissioned by National Geographic Channels to design and project manage the renovation of a 2,000 square foot lobby space and CEO office in the Nat Geo Channel Headquarters (Washington, DC).

Assisted with construction administration duties including design, coordination,
and documentation of mixed-use educational and institutional projects. Assisted
with architecture and interior design for both large and small scale educational and
institutional projects.

Mar 2013 - Apr 2014

Workspaces LLC (no longer in business), Washington, DC, US, Interior Designer

Lead furniture, interiors, and space planning design efforts for commerical design
projects of various scales. Designed custom casework and furniture for highend
clients. Created interior design drawings, graphics, and renderings, for client
meetings and event presentations.

Led team in designing store interiors, corporate logo, and marketing elements for Nice Fruit
Barcelona. Built presentation models and participated in design decisions and drawing sets for
residential projects Punta Brava 4, Alella, and Resort Hammamet. Designed and created project gift
booklets and presentations for clients, and assisted with industrial design for Lusail (Doha, Qatar).

HOK, Washington, DC, US, Architectural Design Intern

Built physical models, assisted with drawing sets, and collaborated with HOK interior designers
for Wake County Judicial Courthouse. Created coordination drawings, presentation boards, and
participated in site research, drawing sets, and competition entry decisions for KAPSARC.
