This project was to design an office for the graphic design firm, Landor Associates. Based in Seattle, WA, this project accommodated sustainability and innovation, and fostering a creative workplace environment. Sustainability analysis, floorplans for the main and mezzanine levels, focus areas, FF&E selection, and perspectives are included. Perspectives were built in Revit and rendered in Sketchup.
