The proposed architectural design firstly aims at the renaturation of the area as well as creating a functional complex to serve the administrative needs of the company. It basically means that not only were the architectural and functional aspects taken into account during the design, but the whole area of intervention, beyond the mere planning, was thoroughly considered.
