Designing a Luxury Villa Outside Treviso

We started with the arrangement of the interior spaces, considering the exterior envelope as a natural consequence. We embraced the client's needs and provided our interpretation of what their new home could be, focusing on the quality of the spaces and the relationships between them and the exterior. This process leads not only to the creation of a "tailor-made" project, stemming from very practical requests, but also to proposing a vision aimed at improving the client's quality of life.

Minimalist Exterior Design for a High-End Home

When moving on to the exterior design, we adopted a minimalist but not cold style, with simple forms and volumes. We gave great importance to the porches, which not only provide protection from solar radiation but also allow the house to be enjoyed from the outside. The double-height living space is connected to the exterior through large windows. In the kitchen, a corner window connects the dining table with the large porch.

Innovative Roof Design for a Modern Villa in Treviso

On the upper floor, the flat roof extends over the terrace, protecting the windows and creating a suspended effect, enhanced by the use of darker-toned volumes. To accentuate this suspended effect, the roof extends cantilevered for about 12 meters above the terrace. This complex structure was made possible through the use of beams arranged vertically and hidden within the thickness of the element. A system of pillars camouflaged within the walls allows for the ground load discharge. This interplay of suspended lines offers a sense of lightness while highlighting the exterior character of the house.
