About 

I have been involved with the Design industry and architecture for more that 25 years. My skillset and expertise in design and project management has been molded from varied work experience in projects ranging from Hospitality (select to full-service and boutique hotels), upscale multi-family living and mixed-used developments, custom residential homes and corporate office and commercial planning and interiors. I am very well versed in (cad) production and documentation with 25 + years in Autocad, 6 yrs in Revit. Sketch-up and Bluebeam programs. I am open to opportunities to work with a dynamic organization where my talents can be utilized and be able to share my experience. I am a team player and would love to collaborate with innovative and progressive design firms.

Responsible for managing overall project design development process; from design development, contract docs, permit and all throughout construction and CA. Responsible for maintaining the quality of design and seeing the concept through the completion of the project. Manage the project in terms of concept of design, design development, client presentation, maintaining design concept within budget and schedules, coordinating with the design team (and consultants). Handles multiple projects with time constraints. Also, familiar with the latest modular construction method being implemented to cut down on construction cost, time, labor and financing.

Design Manager for Marriott International – I am responsible for project management in terms of design direction, coordination and implementation. I would collaborate with the franchise owner's design team on a weekly basis, review and approve the construction documents submitted, so the design is kept within the Marriott brand concept and standards. I am responsible for providing technical guidance to the design team, carrying out construction and brand/design standards, monitoring renovation activities, and achieving compliance with the Property Improvement scope and deadlines. This includes reviewing A & E documents, approve any custom design submittals and assist in any customization of the prototype brands. I would also recommend any design direction changes and coordinate the approval from Marriott brand stakeholders, ensuring all involved parties are satisfied with the final design direction.
